Regulations R1NG.pl.

  • The terms used in these Regulations shall apply:
    • Supplier – Webventure SA with registered office in Warsaw, ul. Żelazna 67/5. NIP: 7010167886; REGON: 141745015; registered in the National Court Register held by the District Court of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000411071, share capital of EUR 111,000.00 PLN (fully paid-up).
    • Account- a space available to the User in the Site, through which he introduces and manages the data.
    • Person - any natural or legal person, a body without legal personality.
    • Regulations – these Regulations.
    • Services – services rendered by the Supplier to the User in accordance with the terms of the Regulations, in particular services enabling to the User participating in Tournaments and Tournaments handling.
    • Site (or otherwise R1NG.pl or r1ng.pl) – a website located at www.r1ng.pl, enabling to the Supplier to provide services to the Users, in particular by enabling users to participate in tournaments of knowledge and intellectual abilities.
    • Tournament window- an element (subpage) of the Site, destined and allowing to take part in the Tournament.
    • User – an adult person with full legal capacity, who by accepting the Regulations and the registration was granted access to the services offered by the Site.
    • Player- a User, who signed up for a Tournament.
    • Tournament (or otherwise Game) – a play with a duration time determined by the Tournament Regulations and with a set Winning Pool depending on the participating Users.
    • Tournament Regulations – a specific set of rules for the tournament determined by the Supplier.
    • Signing up for the Tournamentoccurs if the User has sufficient funds on his account (at Bet rate) by pressing the "Play" for the selected Tournament.
    • Winobtaining more points than any other Player in the Tournament. Depending on the Bet of the Tournament and the Tournament Regulations, the Funds shall be increased.
    • Lost – obtaining fewer points than the winner of the Tournament. Depending on the Bet of the Tournament and the Tournament Regulations, the Funds shall be reduced.
    • Funds – funds collected by the User during use of the Site in accordance with the Regulations, from the purchase of R1NGs (internal site currency) and from the Winning Pool provided by the Site for Wins in the Tournaments.
    • Winning Pool – a cumulative value of what the Players brought as Bet. The Winning Pool is divided between the winners of the Tournament.
    • Bet – value of the entry fee to the Game, which is collected from every Player to the Winning Pool when Signing Up for the Tournament.
    • Frozen Amount” – the sum of the bets paid by the Player to the Tournament that has not yet been completed, e.g. due to an insufficient number of players entered.
  • Object of the Regulations and preliminary provisions
    • The Regulations define the terms of the Services rendered by the Supplier to the Users.
    • The Services are provided under the terms of the Regulations, and the breach by the User of the Regulations will result in consequences arising directly from the content of the Regulations and generally applicable laws.
    • Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the Regulations.
  • Site use terms
    • When using the Site, The User is not allowed to perform actions which constitute infringement of generally applicable law, in particular:
      • to commit crimes and summary offences;
      • to place contents and images of erotic or pornographic nature, violating both Polish and international legal and moral norms, depicting or promoting violence, hatred, discrimination (racial, cultural, ethnic, religious or philosophical, etc.), violating personal rights of third parties or of the Supplier or offensive to the dignity of others;
      • to incite or to instigate to commit crimes or summary offences;
      • to harass another person in a manner inconsistent with the principles of social coexistence by repeatedly sending unwanted mails, and other violations of their right to privacy;
      • to send unsolicited advertising or promotional (spam), where such behavior consists also in using of the Site Users’ accounts for the multiple transmission of the same or similar, as to the content, information addressed to the same person or group of persons with multiple Users’ accounts, regardless of the content of such information and for their transmission;
      • to violate in any way any rights of others, particularly intellectual property rights, including the use of any of the content and elements of the Site without the consent of the Supplier.
    • Each User can have only one Account, referring to him and his bank account number. One bank account number can be assigned to only one account. Creating by the User more than one Account requires prior consent granted by the Supplier. The Supplier makes a stipulation that in case of creating more Accounts by the same user, they may be removed by the Supplier without prior notice. It’s not allowed to users to share their Accounts with others, and to use the Accounts belonging to other people.
    • Action that could hinder, destabilize or modify the Site’s functioning in a manner undesired by the Supplier are not allowed. In case of approval of such actions by the User, the Supplier has the right to block or remove his Account. User actions that are intended to destabilize the Site constitute an offense under applicable law. The Supplier is then authorized to take appropriate actions, including efforts to remedy the harm suffered by him.
    • Entering into an agreement with the Supplier, the User undertakes in particular:
      • to observe generally applicable laws relating to copyrights and rights arising from registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility and industrial models by the Supplier and other Persons,
      • to refrain from any action which would violate the privacy of other Users, primarily involving the collection, processing and disseminating of information about other Users without their express consent, except where such activities are consistent with the law and the provisions of these Regulations,
      • to refrain from any action that might impede or disrupt the functioning of the Site, as well as activities involving the destruction, alteration, removal, damaging, obstructing access to the Accounts of other Users,
      • to undertake any action to the detriment of the Supplier, the Users and other Persons.
    • The User declares that all content, including photos and personal information, placed by him in the Site do not violate any copyright nor personal rights. The User also declared that he has obtained the consent of other persons to place contents, depicting or related to these Persons.
    • The User, placing in the Account data, image or other contents, allows other Users to have access to that information. In case of placing on the Site a content, having the nature of the work within the meaning of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (consolidated acts, Journal of Laws of 2006, No 90, pos. 631 with amendments.), the User waives any claims against the Supplier in case of free use and copying for purposes related to the activities of the Site, as well as their removal. The Users consents to the collection and processing by the Supplier of his personal data given in the course of creating his account and when using other services of the Site.
    • The User accepting the Regulations agrees to the processing and use of his personal data for marketing purposes and to place them in a database of the Site (ul. Żelazna 67\5, 00-871Warsaw), in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).
    • The Supplier in the scope of applicable law may provide law enforcement authorities and other competent bodies and institutions with the information from the Site related to the User, his User Numbers, the data on time and IP logging address, information on the win and lost Tournaments and his Funds. For this purpose, these data are stored and processed by the Supplier.
    • The User has sole and personal responsibility for the unlawful and inconsistent with the Regulations use of the Site, including civil and criminal liability.
  • Detailed Regulations –types of Tournaments
    • Game: Helicopter- Cave Exploration – 3 attempts, at any further attempt airspeed increases. The goal is to defeat the greatest distance in each attempt. If the helicopter hits the ground, the ceiling or an obstacle, it results in loss of life and restarting the next attempt, or in the end of the game. Points are awarded for distance traveled. The winner is the player who in three attempts will achieve the best total score.
    • Game: Nanobot – on startup each player has five units of energy, each collision with flying objects (balls) is the loss of one of them. The loss of all 5 results in the end of the game. Points are obtained by destroying flying objects. The winner is the player, who during the game will achieve the best score.
    • Game: Blocker – Four-element blocks are dropping from the top of the screen. Each continuous laid horizontal line is removed and the player obtains points for it. Laying of several lines simultaneously results in bonus points. Every 45 seconds the ceiling is lowered by one line, 15 lines arrangement raises it by one line up. The contact of a locked block with the ceiling results in the end of the game. The winner is the player, who during the game will achieve the best score.
    • Game: Bubbles – 3 lives. At each stage the player has a certain number of attempts. An attempt is to the place: in the first and the second stage three bubbles on the screen, in the third and the fourth stage two bubbles, in the fifth stage one bubble. Inefficient attempt results in the loss of one life. Each bubble, which makes contact with the inflated one, will grow too. In the center of the screen there is a progress bar, filling it allows to pass to the next stage. The Game has five stages. Each stage has a time limit of 45 seconds. Exceeding this time results in resetting of the attempts and the loss of life. Points are counted for breaking other bubbles, with the least possible use of own bubbles. The winner is the player, who during the game will achieve the best total score.
    • Game: Ice Train – 3 rounds differing by wall system. Each pill absorbed by the train increases its length and speed. If the train hits a railway car or crashes the wall, it results in a loss and moving to the next stage or ending the game. The winner is the player, who during the game will achieve the best score.
    • Game: Gravity Balls – there are 300 balls on the screen. The game objective is to collect the largest concentrations of balls and to destroy them. Concentrated and then destroyed balls give more points. Game time is 3:00 minutes. Use a hammer to destroy a single ball. The game ends in three moments: the time for the game is expired, all balls are destroyed, or in the screen there are no paired balls. The winner is the player, who during the game will achieve the best score.
    • Game: Vulcano - The screen is divided into 1000 squares (40x25). Each box is worth 1 point. We can move in 4 directions (up, down, left, right). The game has 10 levels, which differ in the number and types of opponents. To move to the next level, select the minimum of 80% of the area. The player has three lives. The loss of life occurs in the case of direct collision with an opponent or when the opponent hits the line "drawn" by the player. There are four types of enemies: normal (moving from the standard speed), fast (moving twice as fast than normal), edge (moving only along the edges), and magma (with each reflection removes a piece of the selected area). Limitation of time for the first level is 60 seconds and an additional 15 seconds at each new level (i.e. level 2 - 75 seconds, level 3 - 90 seconds, etc.). For each remaining second player receives +1% of points in that level.
  • Detailed Regulations
    • In each Tournament the best participant wins, i.e. the one who during the game achieved the best score (“ex aequo” places are also possible).
    • After each Tournament the Winning pool is divided between the winning Players, according to the Tournament Regulations.
    • Use of the Service is free, subject to the next sentence of this section of the Regulations. From the winning amount tax on winning, Tournament service commission and transaction fees are charged which collectively amount to 25% of the winnings.
    • Winnings go to User’s Funds on the Site. The Funds can be at any time exchanged from R1NGs (internal site currency) to zloty and submit for payment. After a proper verification, the payment is realized. The minimum withdrawal amount is 15 R1NGs. 1 R1NG is 1 PLN
    • In case of a single win (win in a Tournament) exceeding 760 R1NGs, additional tax is levied on winnings in the amount of 10% of the won amount. The real won in this case the Tournament Bet divided to Players who have won less the value of collected taxes, commissions and transaction fees.
    • The transfer of the Funds will be made to User’s bank account within 31 days of the disposal.
    • The identification of the winner (s) occurs when the time of the Tournament came to an end, the Tournament has not been canceled and a sufficient number of players has signed for the Tournament (at least 2, except it’s otherwise specified for a given Tournament).
    • The Tournament is canceled when until the end of the Tournament less than 2 players has signed for (except it’s otherwise specified for a given Tournament). The Bet is then returned.
    • In case of signing for the Tournaments, if the Tournament is not canceled, the Bets are not returned. All the Bets go to the Winning Pool and are divided by the winning Players, according to the Tournament Regulations.
    • It is allowed to improve his own score, bringing the Tournament Bet again.
  • Account suspension, prohibited actions, restrictions.
    • The Supplier reserves the right to terminate User's Account, whose activities are supposed to be harmful to the Site or other Users, or who violates any provision of these Regulations. The Supplier reserves the right to restrict access to the User to selected parts of the Site or the Site as a whole.
    • The Supplier reserves the right to introduce restrictions for safety reasons at: the Tournament maximum Bet, the maximum number of players in the Tournament, the maximum amount of Funds and other Site parameters.
    • It is forbidden to use words generally considered offensive or objectionable.
    • The Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be terminated by each Party with immediate effect without giving any reason
    • Termination of the Agreement by the User consists in the removal of his Account, by the following procedure: the User should make the request of account removal to the Site Administrator by sending a notification from the email address registered to the account at biuro@r1ng.pl.
    • The Agreement may be terminated by the Supplier by removing the Account in case of:
    • User’s violation of the Regulations;
    • making by the User actions to detriment of other users or the Supplier;
    • placing on the Account contents or images having negative impact to the functioning of the Site;
    • failure to login to his Account on the Site by the User for a period of 6 (six) months from the time of last login;
    • placing on the Account unlawful, defamatory, inaccurate, inconsistent with the law, promoting violence, hatred, violating moral standards or good practice contents; the Supplier can remove them and also can suspend the Account.
    • The Supplier reserves the right to remove images posted on the Account which he considers inappropriate or inconsistent with the Regulations.
    • In case of the Account suspension by the Supplier, creating a new Account requires the prior consent of the Supplier.
    • In the event the Agreement is terminated, the Supplier shall pay to the User the equivalent of the Funds collected by the User within 90 (ninety) days from the date on which the termination took place. The Supplier, however, under no circumstances will make the payment of the equivalent Funds when the value of Funds would be less than 100 R1NGs. The Supplier may keep the Funds with a value not exceeding 100 R1NGs in settlement of his incurred administrative expenses.
  • Privacy Policy
    • The User accepting The Regulations agrees to processing by the Supplier of the User’s personal data provided when registering to use the Site and to provide services specified in the Regulations. The Supplier is the administrator of Users’ personal data collected for the purposes indicated in this section of Regulations. The User by accepting The Regulations agrees to an immediate access to the Services mentioned in the Regulations, after fulfilling the terms specified in the Regulations.
    • The User has the right to access his personal data and to correct them. Giving personal data is voluntary, however, a certain minimum level is required by the Supplier in order to properly register and to take part in the Tournaments.
    • The Supplier undertakes to process personal data in accordance with the Law of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, pos. 926 with amendments.), to use them for purposes related to the rendered Services and not to make them available to third parties, unless they take action on behalf and by order of the Supplier or this is in accordance with the Regulations or is justified by the law.
    • A User requirement to stop processing his personal data for the purposes indicated in the Regulations is equivalent to resignation from use of the Services.
  • The Supplier's liability
    • The Supplier does not provide information about the Users' bank account numbers. The Supplier pursuant to the technical capabilities will ensure that services are provided in a continuous manner and will notify the Users on the Site pages about the terms of any proposed interruption, including maintenance.
    • The Supplier has the right to refuse to accept applications to participate in the Tournament or to limit the Tournament Bet without giving any reason.
    • The Supplier has the right to cancel the Tournaments due to technical reasons or in cases of suspected fraud. The Bets are then returned.
    • The Supplier takes limited responsibility for any error in the questions used in the Tournaments: the Supplier, if requested by the User (with a description enabling the identification of the error), is obliged to return the Tournament Bet in case of detection of a relevant error in a question used in the Tournament in which the Player was participating.
    • On User’s request, both winnings and a part of the available funds can be exchanged to zloty and transferred to the bank account provided by the User. In the absence of transactions in the last three months on the User's Account, the remaining funds can be exchanged to zloty and transferred to the User's bank account. In the event that it was impossible, the money would become the property of the Site. Deposit of illegally acquired property is illegal and prohibited on the Site.
    • The Supplier shall be liable for failure or improper performance of the Services under the terms of the law and the Regulations.
    • The Supplier is not liable for failure to perform or improper performance of services arising from:
      • malfunction of telecommunications networks of telecommunications operators or providers,
      • caused by the banks or intermediaries in transfer orders of the funds to the User’s bank account,
      • insufficient bandwidth, by which the User is connected to the Internet,
      • use of the Service by third parties using the User’s account,
      • deterioration of technical conditions of provision of the Services for reasons beyond the Supplier,
      • force majeure,
      • errors caused by third parties,
      • violation of these Regulations by the User.
    • The events of force majeure for the purposes of these Regulations are, in particular, strike, war, blockade of commonly used for entry or exit places, earthquakes, floods, epidemics and other events of elementary forces of nature, which the Supplier cannot overcome, and which also he did not foresee and could not foresee and which are external to him and his business, e.g. loss of licenses or permissions necessary to perform the obligations of the Regulations, the termination or expiry of his authorizations or other permissions required for the proper implementation of the Regulations or culpable refusal by the authorities of such authorizations or rights.
    • The Supplier is not responsible for the content transmitted and posted by the Users. Contents posted by the Users are not the views and opinions of authors of the Site. The Supplier reserves the right to edit, shorten or remove the contents prohibited by law, vulgar, abusive or otherwise violates the rules of social conduct. The User posting prohibited content may incur criminal or civil liability against the Supplier or other Persons.
    • The Supplier is not liable for the actions of other Persons, or for their use of other Users’ data in violation of the objective of the Site.
    • The Supplier is not responsible for the claims referred to him by other Persons, arising from the publication of pictures or personal portrayal of these Persons. Responsibility for this lies entirely on the User who published the disputed photograph or portrayal of another person.
    • The Supplier is not responsible for delays in the implementation of withdrawal resulting after making the bank transfer order, as well as for lost or delayed payments, following inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User, which makes impossible the realization of the bank transfer, or other delays not attributable and not caused by the Supplier.
    • The Supplier is not responsible for the consequences of disclosure of the Account password to third parties, regardless of the cause of disclosure.
    • The Supplier is not responsible for any loss or damage, including loss of data resulting from the disruption in the functioning of the Site for reasons beyond the Supplier.
    • The Supplier will make every possible effort to ensure the use of the Services for the Users of all popular web browsers, operating systems, types of computers and Internet connection types. However, the Supplier cannot guarantee and is not responsible for the fact that any combination of these factors allows the use of the Services. Minimum technical requirements for the use of services, subject to the previous sentence are a web browser (preferably IE 6.0 or higher versions, or browser based on Mozilla engine version 1.0 or higher).
  • Complaints
    • Any malfunctioning of the Service can be advertised by the User by notifying the Supplier. Complaint application can be made by e-mail address at biuro@r1ng.pl or delivery letter to the address Webventure SA, ul. Żelazna 67/5, 00-871 Warsaw.
    • Complaints will be processed by the Supplier within 30 days from the date of filing the complaint. The Supplier reserves the right to leave the claims without consideration, if they will result from ignorance of the the Regulations or the law.
    • The Supplier reserves the right to intervene in the User Account in order to eliminate irregularities in the functioning of the Site and disturbances or problems with the Account.
    • The Supplier will leave unexamined filed complaints about services provided by other Persons using the Service functions. The Supplier is not obliged to transmit the complaint to the competent body for the implementation of the complaint.
    • Claims for Funds in the Account and balances contained in them can be made within 7 days of the end of the Tournament. Not bringing a complaint at the time constitutes an agreement with the specified balance.
  • Final provisions
    • The Regulations are available at http://r1ng.pl/regulamin.
    • The Regulations come into force on 27 July 2010.
    • The Regulations may be amended at any time by posting changes to the Regulations on the Site.
    • The condition of further use of the Site is the acceptance of the Regulations in their entirety along with the introduction of amendments. After reading the new content of the Regulations the User shall make the following declaration: I declare that I am familiar with the new content of the Regulations and I accept all the terms. Submission of declaration is equivalent to a declaration of will to continue the agreement with the Supplier. If there is no acceptance of changes in the Regulations, the User shall notify the Supplier for which is subsequent with the termination of the agreement with the supplier, which is equivalent to deleting the Account.
    • The Service Supplier does not guarantee the security of transmission in telecommunication networks, in particular the Internet.
    • In matters not regulated by the Regulations, relevant provisions of the Polish law shall be applied. Any disputes will be settled by a Polish court of law competent for the Supplier’s registered office.
